Notre Dame vs Purdue

Notre Dame looks to be above .500 today with a road game where they are going into the game expecting to win. According to ESPN, Notre Dame is a 12 point favorite to win the game.

Notre Dame hasn’t lost to the Boilermakers since 2007. This is a series where N0tre Dame has one in recent memory. But, they are still a solid team that competes in the always competitve Big 10. So, don’t be ruling this game off yet (South Florida anyone?)

No, Purdue isn’t as talented as South Florida. But, they aren’t a bad team and they are home. A lot easier playing at their place (for them) instead of traveling to South Bend.

For ND, Tommy Rees needs to get back to scoring points. Only having one truly successful drive last week, Rees has to look for Michael Floyd and the rest of the receiving core and have success with them today. Look for that to be a deciding factor for the game today.
