Notre Dame will either play USF, Rutgers or Villanova in the first round. I won’t go into detail about each team just yet but each team is definitely beatable. So, I believe Nd’s first real test will be against Marquette in the semi-finals. Marquette just came off a big win today against Georgetown today and will be tough to beat. However, Notre Dame has played them this year at home and beat them, convincingly.

This is going to be a great week of basketball. So kick back, relax, and enjoy the Big East’s best conference tournament of the 2011-2012 year.
