Rees and Calabrese Arrested

Tommy Rees was arrested early this morning for public intoxication and resisting arrest, while fellow teammate Carlo Calabrese was detained for disorderly conduct. Carlo Calabrese has since been released after posting bail. Rees on the other hand has yet to be released because the police have yet to determine formal charges.

Rees started as quarterback last year and is vying for a spot as a starter this year, but it looks like he can kiss that dream good-bye after his actions last night. On the other hand Calabrese will probably be reprimanded for breaking team policy, but I do not see him missing to much of the season. Rees will definitely have to face some type of punishment because that is not what Brian Kelly and the Notre Dame Athletic Program expect out of their quarterback yet alone a supposed leader.
