Max Redfield, Safety, Mission Viejo

Redfield announced his decommitment from USC in October. This has been the expected result for Redfield since he visited Notre Dame. Notre Dame is now the leader for the All-Star Safety from California. With the numbers crunch in 2013 class, Redfield is one of the only players that Notre Dame would take down the stretch. Redfield is an impact player that could start all four years. He took an official visit to USC the weekend of December 8th. It apparently went very well. Oregon also dropped Redfield from consideration. This probably leaves only Notre Dame and USC. Defensive Back Kerry Cooks was in California today to visit Redfield. Redfield is a Notre Dame type of person. South Bend should be his final destination.

Odds: Very Likely (Last Week: Likely)
