No. 4–Steve Elmer, Midland HS, Midland, Michigan

Steve Elmer possesses great feet, flexibility and size. One thing that Elmer could improve upon is his nasty streak. If Zach Martin goes pro, Steve Elmer has the opportunity to start at the Left Tackle position. Elmer is enrolling in January. He would be competing primarily with Sophomore Ronnie Stanley. Elmer is Notre Dame’s top Offensive Line recruit. If the opportunity provides itself, Elmer will find the field.
