For a second straight year, Notre Dame landed an Elite 11 Quarterback. Zaire is probably a better fit for Notre Dame’s Offense. He will enroll early at Notre Dame and is prepared to compete immediately for the Quarterback position. Zaire is ranked as the 3rd best Dual Threat Quarterback by Rivals. Zaire has a strong arm and is incredibly quick. He could improve on his accuracy. But, Notre Dame has a winner.
