The best and worst thing about National Signing Day are the public declarations of where a certain player will sign. They provide excitement and make the day a cheering event. However, they can also provide great anguish. In addition, the new cheesy ways that recruits find to announce where they are going is horrendous. Here is a schedule of when and where recruits will be donning a new collegiate hat:
7:00 pm – Kylie Fitts
2:30 pm – Tarean Folston
5:00 pm – Eddie Vanderdoes on MaxPreps.com
Vanderdoes is scheduled to make his announcement at 8 p.m. EST live on MaxPreps.com on National Signing Day. Vanderdoes has a final list of five schools: Alabama, Notre Dame, UCLA, USC and Washington. He visited Alabama this past weekend. He also has visited Notre Dame and USC this past month. He represents Notre Dame’s best chance at landing another commitment on Wednesday.
