Everett Golson Visits Junior College

Following his dismissal less than one week ago, Brad Hoiseth is reporting that Everett Golson has visited Riverside City College. Hoiseth is the owner and operator of JCGridiron.com

Riverside City College in Riverside, California is home to a solid football program that produces several Division 1 prospects. According to a list on the school’s website, the Riverside City College Tigers produced 13 Division 1 players. If Golson is attempting to go to maintain some ability on the field, he would be able to do it at this school.

The next question would be what are Golson’s plans with this move. Angelo Di Carlo, the sports analyst for WUND, pointed out several possibilities.

The most important thing, like Di Carlo pointed out, is to improve his academic status. Notre Dame did not have a problem with his football ability but rather his academics. He should go to school where he can strictly focus on these issues. But, if he can manage both football and academics, then this would be a good fit for Golson.
