Notre Dame Football: Nix Officially Leaves

Louis Nix posted a photograph on his Instagram account today of the Golden Dome in his rear view mirror. Fans were unsure of whether this was the end. Indeed, this is the end of the All-American Nose Guard.

According to Irish Illustrated, Louis Nix has signed with Five Star Athlete Management. The firm will serve as his agent through the draft process.

Nix spent a total of four years in South Bend. He played much of three years. In his career, he collected 122 tackles.

His Senior season at Notre Dame was marked by injury. Following the Pitt game, Notre Dame had surgery for a torn meniscus. Nix celebrated the Senior Day the following week with his parents.

Nix is projected to go in the first half of the NFL Draft’s 1st round. His injury may affect his draft status slightly.

Louis Nix is on track to graduate from Notre Dame with a degree with Film, Television and Theater.
