Notre Dame Football
Former Notre Dame Wide Receiver DaVaris Daniels opened up to CBSSports writer Jeremy Fowler about his recent suspension. The article was extremely enlightening.
The receiver received two Ds in his statistics and social problems classes. This caused Daniels’ GPA to dip below the required minimum 2.0. Daniels stated that he was missing 2-3 classes per week, which is absolutely shocking. Not knowing the internal processes that Notre Dame has for the missing classes, it is surprising that he was not suspended for a game this year.
Daniels is expected to re-enroll at Notre Dame in the summer. If he is successful during his summer classes, then he will be able to stay and play during the fall semester.
During meantime, Daniels is working out at EFT Sports Performance. He has already gained 8 pounds. Daniels claimed that he had several injuries during the season that made it hard to get out of bed.
Hopefully, Notre Dame will be getting a refreshed Daniels on-and-off the field this season. He has the potential to be a dominant Wide Receiver and a player who could be drafted in the first three rounds of the NFL Draft.
