Notre Dame Football: Prince Shembo To Atlanta Falcons in the 4th Round

The Atlanta Falcons needed to upgrade their pass rush. Although Prince Shembo was limited at times, he was consistently one of the best pass rushers on Notre Dame’s team.

Shembo checked in at 6’1″ 253 lbs and ran a 4.66 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine.

Shembo faces several question marks at the next level. He likely is too small to play at the OLB position but is not athletic enough to play inside. Shembo is also not good in coverage.

In his career, Shembo collected 145 tackles, 24.5 tackles for loss and 19.5 sacks.

Prince Shembo was unable to stay out of controversy. Shembo was accused in the sexual assault of Lizzy Seeburg. Kelly advised Shembo not to talk about it while at Notre Dame.
