Miamisburg, Ohio Offensive Linemen Josh Myers is already one of top prospects in the country after only one season of football. The rising Sophomore received an offer from Notre Dame following his participation in camp.
This is not the first offer that Myers have received. Myers already holds offers from Bowling Green, Cincinnati, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Michigan State, Minnesota, Ohio, Ohio State, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Purdue, Tennessee and West Virginia.
Myers checks in at 6’5″ 275 lbs. For a rising high school Sophomore, that is quite impressive. By the time Myers is ready to play college football, he could be 6’7″ and 300+ lbs. He likely will be one of the top Offensive Tackles if not one of the top prospects in the nation.
Myers hails from an athletic family. His father, Brad, played at Offensive Linemen at Kentucky. His brother Zach currently plays Offensive Linemen at Kentucky. His Mother, Julie, played basketball at the University of Dayton.
It is easy to see the type of pedigree that Myers has. However, that pedigree may lead him away from the University of Notre Dame and towards Kentucky. But, if Notre Dame could land Myers, they would be continuing to build their current Offensive Line prowess and depth.
