Notre Dame-Michigan will be one of the biggest college football games of the season. It may be the biggest for the Fighting Irish because it is the last chance they will get at the Wolverines for some time. But, it will be big for off-the-field reasons as well.
Many recruits have stated that they may take official visits for the Notre Dame-Michigan battle under the lights. The Irish will need an excellent performance on the field to impress these recruits off-the-field.
One of those players is New Orleans, Louisiana and John Curtis High School Outside Linebacker Bo Wallace.
Wallace checks in at 6’3.5, 215 lbs. He holds offers from 12 schools including Arizona State, Florida State, Mississippi State, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Texas, UCLA.
247Sports and Rivals consider him a 3-star recruit. ESPN favors Wallace more than those two recruiting services. They rate him as a 4-star recruit. ESPN ranks him as the 23rd best Outside Linebacker.
A commitment from Wallace would help the Irish class immensely. Oklahoma is considered to be the current favorite. They currently only hold one commitment from a Linebacker in the class of 2015, Josh Barajas. The Notre Dame Coaching Staff has already missed out on Justin Hilliard, the biggest Linebacker recruit on their board.
