Iman Marshall Confirms Notre Dame Visit

The top Cornerback in the nation, Iman Marshall, confirmed an official visit to Notre Dame as well as Florida State, LSU and Michigan. He also called upon the fan bases of Oklahoma and Texas to give him advice on which program he should visit last.

Not featured on the list was current favorite USC. Marshall did not feel the need to visit USC officially. He has visited the Trojans several times. However, the Trojans are still considered the favorite.

Marshall has not announced when he will take his visit to Notre Dame. But, he mentioned Notre Dame-Michigan as a possible opportunity.

Marshall hails from Long Beach, California. He plays at Poly High School, the same high school of former Notre Dame recruit and current USC Trojan John “JuJu” Smith.

Many recruiting services consider Marshall as the top Cornerback and top player in the nation. 247Sports ranks Marshall as the #1 Cornerback and the #6 player overall. Rivals places Marshall as the #1 Cornerback and the #3 player in the country. However, ESPN considers him as the #2 Cornerback and #8th player overall.

Notre Dame, and all teams not named USC, face an up-hill battle in landing the 5-star Cornerback. USC is almost guaranteed as a landing spot for Marshall.
