As spring practice begins, it’s always good to know what to believe and what to brush off. Let’s talk about it.

Notre Dame head coach Brian Kelly held his first presser of the spring on Tuesday, outlining various developments in players’ speed, skills, injuries, and competitions with one another. As we jump into spring football and prepare for April’s Blue-Gold Game, it’s always smart to look at past years and reflect on the lessons we learned about all the news coming from spring practice in South Bend.
