Notre Dame basketball is four games away from the ACC Tournament and their success has all come from a strong stat line.

You never just win games. Teams don’t win National Championships through luck, even if some consider Cinderella stories nothing more. What wins titles is solid stats, and it’s exactly what Notre Dame has.

The Irish are one of the best all-around teams in the country. In some categories, they are the best. At 19-7 and one game out of first place in the ACC, Notre Dame has worked for every win they’ve gotten. Everything they’ve done has been recorded and it’s lead to a top NCAA stat line.

Heading into the last stretch of the regular season, Notre Dame needs to continue to improve. With the ACC Tournament right around the corner, it’s time for the Irish to step up their game even more. Luckily, for them, they’ve already played with numbers that can beat anyone in the NCAA.

Come March, the Irish will prove that their hard work wasn’t for nothing. This team is made for crunch time. With the statistics they continue to produce, they remain just as dangerous as they were during their season starting 9-0 run. The difference now is they’ve gotten better.

Notre Dame has a stat line for success. It may not have worked in each matchup this season. When it matters, though, this team will prove they’re just as dangerous as any team in the country.
