Ben Koyack becomes finalist for John Mackey Award

Koyack took his game to a new level as the #2 TE last season behind Troy Niklas, but with Niklas’ early departure to the NFL, Koyack is primed to become the next TE for Notre Dame.

Ben is on the John Mackey Award Preseason watch list and since 2005, the Irish have had four finalists for the award with Tyler Eifert winning in 2012.

Between the RBs, WRs and mobile QBs, opposing defenses will already have their hands full before Koyack even comes into the picture.
