Rivals Ranking: 20th

In 2008, Notre Dame landed TE Kyle Rudolph from Elder High School. The Fighting Irish also inked TE Alex Welch in 2010. The Irish coaching staff is attempting to go back to the well one more time with Elder High School Offensive Tackle Tommy Kraemer.

The Elder High School prospect checks in at 6’5” 305 lbs. 247Sports considers him the 8th best Offensive Tackle in the country.

Kraemer enjoyed his recent visit to South Bend for the Notre Dame-Michigan game. Kraemer is the top Offensive Linemen on Notre Dame’s board. He claims a Top 5 of Ohio State, Notre Dame, Northwestern, Boston College and Duke.  Recently, Offensive Line Coach Harry Hiestand have landed some of the best Offensive Linemen in the country since he joined Notre Dame in 2012. So, do not be surprised if the Irish beat out in-state power Ohio State for the 5-star prospect.
