Brian Kelly Announces New Staff Members
By Andrew Hall
Notre Dame Head Coach Brian Kelly announced four new members of the coaching staff including Mike Sanford (QBs/Offensive Coordinator), Autry Denson (RBs), Keith Gilmore (DL) and Todd Lyght (CBs). Kelly called the staff the “brightest” he has ever assembled in his career.
Kelly discussed the division of labor on the Offensive side of the football during his press conference. New Offensive Coordinator Mike Sanford will focus on coaching Quarterbacks. He also will coordinate the run and pass. However, former Offensive Coordinator and new associate Head Coach Mike Denbrock will oversee everything. Play-calling duties remain undecided.

Defensive Line Coach Keith Gilmore rejoins Brian Kelly, Brian VanGorder and Paul Lungo.
