And there’s always more after that

I didn’t even get in to Morgan tuck, who is having a ridiculous NCAA tournament. averaging 19.8 points per game and shooting 68 percent. And Moriah Jefferson is the cog to the Connecticut offense in the same way Allen is.

  • I go back to the Notre Dame/Kentucky game, in which no one thought the Irish had a shot–that they would have to play a “perfect game” to have a chance. Well, they just about did. And these girls? The name on the jersey across the way doesn’t intimidate them. They’ve beat the Huskies in seven of their last 11 meetings.

This one will be a little tougher than those, but this team has defied the odds and exceeded expectations so far. No need to stop that now.
