Parker Boudreaux Commits To Notre Dame
Parker Boudreaux pulled a 16,000 lbs. bus while unveiling that he will attend the University of Notre Dame next fall. In a video published and created by the Bleacher Report, the future Notre Dame Offensive Guard shows off his strength before stepping over to two FatHeads on the ground and saying, “I’d fight for the Irish any day.”

Boudreaux selected Notre Dame over Oklahoma, Georgia Southern, Clemson and Florida.
Parker Boudreaux hails from Orlando, Florida where he plays for Bishop Moore Catholic High School. He measures in at 6’4″ and weighs in at 285 lbs.
Boudreaux received 70 scholarship offers including Clemson, Florida, Alabama, Arizona State, Auburn, Miami (FL), Michigan State, Ohio State, Oregon, Penn State, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.
Staff Writer Nick Combs evaluated Boudreaux earlier this year:
"Offensive Line coaches always preach take the defender where he wants to go if you cannot take him where you want him. For example, if the Offense is running a sweep left, the Offensive Line will all try and hook the man to their left. If the Defensive player shoots the Offensive Lineman’s left side, it would be difficult to hook that Defensive player. In this case, the Offensive Lineman must make the quick decision to take his man and drive him to the left sideline so the defender is now out of the play. Boudreaux does this consistently, which makes him an advanced Offensive Lineman."
Adding Parker Boudreaux to the commitment makes Notre Dame’s 2016 Offensive Line haul the best in the country. The Irish already hold verbal commitments from Offensive Tackles Liam Eichenberg and Tommy Kraemer. According to the 247Sports composite, they rank as the 99th and 41st prospects overall. Boudreaux ranks as the 335th best player in the 2016 class.
Notre Dame never receives commitments from recruits who make videos or sing during their announcements. They usually receive verbals from recruits like Equanimeous St. Brown who announce in three different languages. Today was a welcome change for the coaching staff.
