11. Uvakeious McGee, Troy DE

Biographical Information: Freshman defensive end from Montgomery, Alabama. Earned all-state honors as a senior at Jeff Davis High School. Also played soccer and competed in track & field in high school. Birthday is October 23, 1996. Parents are Joann and Billy Davis.

Fun Fact from Official Team Bio: Majoring in criminal justice, so it won’t be long until we see “Detective Uvakeious McGee, on the case!”

Why I love the name: Uvakeious’ parents successfully utilized all of the vowels of the alphabet in his name (unless you count ‘y’ as a vowel like some sort of sick freak). What an accomplishment!

Like Equanimeous, Uvakeious’ siblings have interesting names as well – Quircous, Koaliyah, and Joseph.

Anyone else think Joseph might feel a little left out from the Sweet-And-Ludicrous Names Party? Had to be tough on him growing up, being an outcast with such a different name. I bet Uvakeious was a great brother to him regardless, though. He probably helped Joseph realize his weird name was one of the things that made him special and unique. Uvakeious, what a guy!
