How To Watch (Or Listen) Notre Dame-USC
By Chase Eyrich
Last week Notre Dame played in the longest lasting rivalry in college football, this week they will take on USC in one of the biggest rivalries in college football.
Before the season started, this was considered the biggest game of the season for both teams. But with all the problems going on with USC and losing to Washington 17-12 at home when they were 2 touchdown favorites, this game has seemed to loose its spotlight.
When a situation like this arises, we all expect the team to fall apart, but you never know if this will truly tare apart the Trojans or will they become motivated. After all, anything can happen in a rivalry game.
Lets not forget that USC is led by Cody Kessler. Now he did have a horrible game, throwing two interceptions and no touchdowns, but before that he was in a few Heisman talks. He still is a very strong and talented player, but he will have to adjust to a new center as Max Tuerk is our tor the season with a knee injury.

Last week when the Irish defeated Navy and their triple option. This can bring up some major concerns for the Irish. First off, has everyone recovered? It’s hard to play against a physical team that runs a physical offense like the option. So you have to wonder if the Irish are fully recovered and ready to go. Also, it’s a completely different look from what they will see from USC. So how will ND adjust this week? It looked to be a problem against Clemson after they played Georgia Tech, another option team?
These questions will be answered Saturday night!
