Chris Zorich was the epitome of a Holtz era player. He was a little undersized, but tough as the bucket of nails Noah used to build the Ark. Zorich was a key member of the 1988 National Championship team and a consensus All-American in 1990.
Zorich won the Lombardi Award in 1990, and is considered by many, to be the best interior defensive lineman in Notre Dame history. Nowadays he rocks a bow tie and practices as a lawyer in Chicago.
