Bowl Game

The Irish fan’s willingness to follow the team is rarely more apparent than a trip to a bowl game. Notre Dame typically gets favorable placement in away games as a result, making a bowl game trip a must for any Notre Dame fan. Win 10 games? Likely destinations include New Orleans, Glendale, or Miami, just to name a few.

It sounds like a solid four or five day getaway on its own, but throw in a Notre Dame football game, and it’s that much better. Bowl game travel packages include staying at the same hotel as the team and their families, meaning you may just run into your favorite player. In addition, the university as well as the folks running the bowl game plan all sorts of special activities, and there is never a dull moment. Many times there are famous celebrities and former athletes around to take in or participate in the festivities, too. Tack on a trip to what is likely an iconic NFL (or even MLB) stadium against a marquee foe, and a trip to a bowl game is just an Irish win away from being a near-perfect getaway.
