Trumpets Under The Dome

If you are looking for that “hair-raising” experience while at a game at Notre Dame, than might I suggest- nay DEMAND that you attend the playing of the trumpets under the dome. The trumpet section gathers inside the Golden Dome and plays the Alma Mater and the Victory March on the different levels.

What’s unique about this experience is that you are right up next to the band members rather than looking at them from a fixed spot. The crowd gathers in and around the band as they play with amazing acoustic sound. It’s like rallying to the center of your castle ready to defend it and its people.

If you’ve ever been, you’re ready to walk out and trounce any and all wearing the other teams colors.
