Tim Williams. 26. player. 10. . Edge. Alabama

Tim Williams may be the best edge rusher outside of Myles Garrett in this draft. The only problem with him going in the top 10, is the only team I see him truly fitting with is the Jets, and the chances of them not drafting Leonard Fournette are slim.

Williams is a freak. His combination of speed and power off the edge make him a player no NFL team wants to face, and someone quarterbacks have nightmares about on Saturdays.

Williams is going to make the Texans’ defense even more elite than they are right now. If J.J. Watt comes back healthy and they’re able to keep Clowney on his feet, Willaims may find himself as the outside linebacker for one of the best pass-rushing teams in the NFL.

This is a scary thought for anyone outside of the Houston organization. If Williams slides to Houston, then he immediately becomes the steal of the draft. Most believe he’s a top 10 pick, but with the amount of talent in edge rushers and the different styles of which they all play, Williams best fit is Houston, and he could be the best first-round pick at number 26.
