2017 NFL Mock Draft 1.0: First-Round Predictions for All 32 Picks
Montravius Adams is a player who would be filthy good in Kansas City. To me, Adams is the most underrated player in this year’s draft class. He can rush inside or outside and uses every aspect of defense to beat you off the ball.
His speed and power make him a threat to any offensive line, but it isn’t what makes him so dominant. Adams is simply a freak. The way he plays football is the way Steve Smith Sr. played football; hit you in the mouth and walk away.
Kansas City is always looking to add to their defense, and with a player like Adas, they cover multiple spots with one pick. His versatility will make him a threat all over the defensive line, and Andy Reid is going to use that next year.
This is a pick that will benefit the Chiefs now, and give them another player to build around for the future.
