North Carolina

Speaking of uncertainty, North Carolina fits the description. It’s hard to argue that UNC football hasn’t been a tough out here recently. Even with recent success, the uncertainty comes in the roster. This isn’t the same team we saw last year.

Much of the UNC talent was lost, including quarterback Mitch Trubisky.  What puts the Tar Heels on this list is where they lie in the schedule. October 7th, a week after playing Miami (Ohio) and a week before a bye week with USC being the next game. UNC will have a chance to catch ND off guard.

Staying with UNC is senior Strong Saftey Donnie Miles. If Brandon Wimbush finds comfort with the loaded offense around him, Miles will be in for a workout. But look to see Miles cause some headaches for Wimbush and the ND offense.
