The Irish staff is building one of the best recruiting classes in the country. Who will be the next to join the 2018 Notre Dame Football recruiting class?

This week, Notre Dame received a commitment from Defensive Back Joe Wilkins Jr. Last week, Wide Receiver Geordon Porter committed to Notre Dame. On October 22nd, Notre Dame received a commitment from hometown prospect Paul Moala. Their verbals gave the Irish a total of 19 in the 2018 class. With official visitors becoming more frequent and high school seasons ending, Notre Dame expects to land more recruit in the near future.

With few slots remaining, where will Notre Dame look to add players?

The Quarterback position is currently filled by the dual-threat prospect Phil Jurkovec. Aside from the Quarterback spot, the Irish coaching staff may elect to take commitments from any position. However, Notre Dame definitely needs to land a Wide Receiver, an interior Offensive Linemen, a Defensive End and multiple Cornerbacks.

Currently, the Fighting Irish hold commitments from eight Offensive players including Quarterback Phil Jurkovec, Running Back Markese Stepp, Running Back Jahmir Smith, Wide Receiver Micah Jones, Wide Receiver Kevin Austin, Tight End George Takacs, Offensive Linemen Cole Mabry, Offensive Linemen John Dirksen.

They also received commitments from nine Defensive players including Defensive Tackle Jayson Ademilola, Defensive Tackle Jamion Franklin, Defensive End Justin Ademilola, Outside Linebacker Shayne Simon, Outside Linebacker Ovie Oghoufo, Inside Linebacker Jack Lamb, Inside Linebacker Bo Bauer, Safety Derrik Allen and the aforementioned Safety Paul Moala.

Who will become the 20th member of the Notre Dame football recruiting class? Here are some players who might pull the trigger and jump on the Notre Dame bandwagon.
