No. 9: Will Fuller

Fuller is another player that has dealt with some injuries since his first round NFL selection. With that said, his production while on the field has been outstanding. During his rookie campaign, he caught 47 balls for 635 yards and 2 touchdowns. This past preseason, he went down with a broken collarbone, causing him to miss the first three weeks of 2017. When he returned, however, he was a touchdown machine. In just ten games, he recorded 28 receptions and seven touchdowns. He later found himself back on the injury report with fractured ribs and a knee strain.

Hopefully Fuller can stay healthy. He has proven that when he does that, he’s a star-caliber player. His electric speed and quickness is a rare trait, but his slim frame leaves some people skeptical he can remain on the field.

Much like Eifert, the talent is undeniable, but the fragility is a major question mark going forward. Both players could easily see themselves higher up on this list with healthy 2018 seasons.
