Brian Polian (Recruiting Coordinator/Special Teams Coordinator)

One would assume that Polian has seen his last days as a head coach after an unsuccessful run at Nevada, however it’s hard to count someone out with his fire and personality. He’s a dog on the recruiting trail and is one hell of a special teams coach.

As we all know, it doesn’t take an innovative offensive or defensive mind to make a good head coach. That can be left up to the coordinators. It takes a leader of men, a person that can properly identify talent (both player and coaching talent), and a savvy decision maker to enjoy success.

I wouldn’t put it past Polian to take another stab at it if the opportunity presents itself.
