Regis Philbin
Of all the celebrities on this list, “Reeg” is probably the most sprightly. His celebrity ballooned when he became the host of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire. After his run as host of that hit game show, he returned to living rooms across the country as a co-host of the morning talk show Live With Regis and Kelly.
A member of the Class of 1953, Philbin does not hide his allegiance to Notre Dame. He even had the Notre Dame Leprechaun make an appearance on his morning talk show in 2010.
Philbin has done interviews with Jim Rome, the Orlando Sentinel, and was even quoted in an ESPN article – all of those conversations were about Notre Dame.
