Ian Book (QB)

After suffering a rib injury in the first half of the Northwestern game two weeks ago, Book has been practicing this week with the intention of starting this Saturday against Syracuse.

If Book is truly healthy, he should have a great game against what is a relatively pedestrian Syracuse defense. However, that is a big IF.

Even if he feels good enough to start the game, Book is most likely not at 100 percent health. We do not know how he will feel after taking a couple of hits on Saturday.

College fantasy football owners with Ian Book on their roster should understand the risk associated with starting him this week. It is possible that he will not have the durability to play all four quarters as he continues to recover from his rib injury.
