A number of former Notre Dame football players are deserving of a spot in the 2019 Pro Bowl.

The NFL Pro Bowl voting period is now in session. Several former Notre Dame players have had solid seasons and deserve shot in the 2019 Pro Bowl. To make it easy, here is a quick look at five deserving players and why you should vote for them.

Zack Martin, G, Dallas Cowboys

Martin has been one of the best offensive lineman in the NFL since he entered the league and 2018 has been no different. Pro Football Focus has him as the fifth-best lineman in the league and No. 1 among all guards. Hopefully he can get back from injury soon to help the Cowboys in their playoff push.

Kyle Rudoph, TE, Minnesota Vikings

Rudolph has had yet another solid season for the Vikings. He’ll likely go over 50 receptions and 500 yards receiving for the third-straight season. It’s stretch, but it’s ok to be a homer in these situations.

Harrison Smith, S,  Minnesota Vikings

Smith has had another outstanding season and maintains his status as one of the NFL’s bet safeties. He has 70 tackles on the season, three sacks and three interceptions.

Jaylon Smith, LB, Dallas Cowboys

Smith has been the heart and soul of a defensive revival in Dallas this season. He is second on the team in tackles so far with 96. He’s logged four sacks, two forced fumbles and broken up two passes.

Ronnie Stanley, OT, Baltimore Ravens

Stanley has been the star on a solid offensive that that has been the catalyst for a potential playoff season in Baltimore. Going off metrics alone, Pro Football Focus has Stanley at the No. 16 offensive tackle in the NFL, but his value to the Ravens eclipses his position in those rankings.
