The 7:30pm ET Game

No surprise here. Notre Dame’s game against USC on October 12th will be a prime time game.

Given the state of each of the programs, you can assume that Notre Dame will almost always have a prime time game in South Bend in October against either USC or Stanford.

In 2011, the Irish played their first night game in Notre Dame Stadium in 21 years. Their opponent: USC.

Few teams get Irish fans as heated as USC.

Say what you want about the current state of the USC football team. Like most rivalries, the games between the Irish and the Trojans are almost always close. If last year’s regular season finale was any indication, we are in store for another great game this October.
