Young Receivers: Michael Young might be a junior, but he is still young and new for most fans. He seems to have locked down the vacant spot left by Miles Boykin, and has run with it. Young is a twitchy athlete with vertical play-making ability – something the staff covets. If the spring game is any indication, Lawrence Keys III will be used in a myriad of ways; whether that be on screens, reverses, in the open field, go routes, etc. You name it, the staff wants him to do it. Joe Wilkins Jr. and Braden Lenzy didn’t flash during the game like the other two did, but Wilkins did make a nice move in the open field on Avery Davis and showed why the staff has always like him. Lenzy has been dealing with a mild hamstring strain, and didn’t receive much work. However, all four receivers are expected to rotate a good amount in the fall.
