The Legends Trophy (Stanford)

This trophy may be the best one on the list purely because of how great the name of it is. The Legends Trophy may be the greatest trophy name ever and there shouldn’t be much of a debate.

It was presented for the first time in 1989 by the Notre Dame Club of the San Francisco Bay Area. The Legends Trophy is a combination of Irish Crystal and California Redwood. It is a beautiful trophy and one that Notre Dame fans should see regularly as both schools have expressed interest to continue to play each other annually.

The game has had major national title and individual season implications, as more often that not the winner of the game is immediately thrown into the national championship discussion.
