The season is finally in full swing, but things feel like they’ve been on hold for Notre Dame football.
The Irish are 1-0 after a victory over Louisville in the season opener and coming off an early Week 2 bye. That has left many of us itching to find answers to the questions surrounding the 2019 Notre Dame football team.

Now the Lobos head into South Bend after struggling against Sam Houston State and will be doing so without their head coach — Bob Davie — after a recent health scare.
New Mexico has some promise of becoming bowl eligible if things roll their way in the Mountain West Conference, but just like everyone else, a win over Notre Dame would define their season.
With that being said, let’s make three bold predictions for Notre Dame vs. New Mexico.
