Advantage-Notre Dame
Notre Dame gets the nod over USC, as their secondary has much more experience than the Trojan secondary. Irish safety Alohi Gilman is a one man wrecking ball who makes plays all over the field. Troy Pride Jr. and Tariq Bracy will have their hands full against a supremely talented wide receiver group from USC. The loss of cornerback Shaun Crawford will test the depth of the cornerback group against the elite wideouts of the Trojans. Uber talented freshman defensive back Kyle Williams may be utilized more against the Trojans receiving game, and with the talent he possesses, could end up being a game changer.
