First, the clear starter, Tommy Tremble.

In a season where many expected Brock Wright to step up and be the No. 2 TE under Cole Kmet, Tremble made the position his own and had a true breakout season.

On the season, Tremble racked up over 180 yards and 4 TDs on 16 receptions.

Tremble made himself a receiving option and his potential was truly seen in Cole Kmet’s absence in the first three weeks of the season, as Tremble ran as the TE1.

The 6’3, 235-pound TE will be relied on heavily this fall and should have a great season.

Tremble does all the little things well, especially blocking, and has made himself a very important piece to the Notre Dame offense in 2020 and 2021.
