Third on the TE depth chart, the senior Brock Wright.

Coming in as one of the highest-ranked tight ends that Notre Dame has had in years, Brock Wright has been somewhat of a disappointment in his Notre Dame career.

While Wright has been great at blocking and he very rarely misses an assignment, he has just four catches for 57 yards and one TD in the career.

The Cypress, Texas product has been outshined by the likes of Alize Mack and Cole Kmet when it comes to being targeted with receptions in the offense but should still be doing more.

Wright will be more of a ‘2B’ to Mayer’s ‘2A’, as Wright will still see plenty of action on the field as a lead blocker and in goal-line situations as a fullback.
