Notre Dame Fighting Irish at Boston College Eagles: 3 things to watch

Kyren Williams should run wild

When it comes to stopping elite running backs, Boston College has had major issues this season, and that is an area where the Fighting Irish can take advantage on Saturday. The Irish just happen to have one of the best running backs in college football, and he should find room to run all afternoon in Chestnut Hill.

Kyren Williams went into his matchup with Travis Etienne with something to prove, as both were ranked in the top-15 in rushing yards, and Etienne is a guy slated for the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft. Williams outplayed Etienne in every facet of the game, and has two huge touchdowns when it counted in overtime.

On Saturday, he will be playing against a defense that does not compare to the talented group he played against in the Clemson game, and should be in for another 100-yard effort. Book needs to feed his star running back, and take shots downfield when he has them, enabling the Irish to easily come away with win.
