Notre Dame football: New faces having a huge impact in 2020

Jack Kiser, Linebacker

Although Jack Kiser has not seen the most reps or playing time, he has made the most of his opportunities and has been a solid contributor when on the field.

The Indiana native is a true sophomore that had his first career start vs South Florida after COVID-19 contact tracing forced players in front of him to be unavailable. He went on to lead the team in tackles with 8 with 2 of those being for a loss.

He’s seen limited to no reps in most of the games this season but notched five tackles vs Georgia Tech and a huge interception vs Boston College.

Kiser currently has just 18 total tackles and 3 tackles for loss this season and has served his role perfectly, stepping up and making plays each time his number is called.
