Notre Dame football has a top-10 recruiting class arriving

A few weeks back, our Andrew Hall put together a solid ranking of the Notre Dame 2021 recruiting class. If you have not checked that out, you are doing yourself a disservice, so click on the link here and take a look at the tremendous collection of talent that will be arriving on campus for the 2021 campaign.

Guys like Prince Kollie and Kahanu Kia are going to come in and make their presence felt right away at linebacker, so the loss of Oghoufo and Lamb will be softened by some freshmen. In the defensive backfield, the cornerback group is loaded, led by players like Philip Riley, Jojo Johnson, Chance Tucker, and Ryan Barnes, a collection of talent that should improve this group immensely as they continue to grow at the collegiate level.

As the weeks go on, there will be more players entering the transfer portal, but the good news is, reinforcements are already on their way.

The Irish have some huge shoes to fill next season, and with Clark Lea also leaving to become the head coach at Vanderbilt, the coaching staff will also need to add some talent. Notre Dame is going to be right back in the mix as a top-tier team this upcoming season, and hopefully, the incoming class is ready to get started right away.
