Here is a look at games No. 10 through 12 for the 2021 Notre Dame football team.

Game No. 10: Notre Dame football at Virginia

The matchup against Virginia will be only the fourth against these two programs and is one of only four away games for Notre Dame this season. The Irish have never lost to the Cavaliers, and are coming off a win against Virginia back in 2019 when both teams were ranked, but this year was the best recruiting class ever for Bronco Mendenhall, so expect better talent this time around.

Game No. 11: Notre Dame football vs. Georgia Tech

The first time these two programs played each other was way back in 1922, but one of the more memorable games came in 1953. The Yellow Jackets had a 31-game winning streak heading into the game against the Irish, and Notre Dame head coach Frank Leahy suffered a heart attack on the sidelines. Despite that, the Irish came back and beat Georgia Tech, ending their streak. 2021 will be only the second time Brian Kelly has faced the Yellow Jackets as head coach at Notre Dame

Game No. 12: Notre Dame football at Stanford

In the final regular-season game of the season, the Irish will head out west to take on the Stanford Cardinal. A rivalry game, the Irish and Stanford have played annually since 1997, and in 1989, they began giving out the Legends Trophy to the winner. The most memorable matchup came in 1925 during the Rose Bowl, a game the Irish won 27-10.

Of course, the hope is that the season does not end against Stanford, as the Irish should qualify for a bowl game, and hopefully make it back to the CFP. There is a lot of work to be done with this roster before the season opener against Florida State, but the program has the talent, and the coaching staff to turn heads once again in 2021.
