Daelin Hayes improved his draft stock at the Senior Bowl

  • Los Angeles Chargers, New York Giants, Kansas City Chiefs

The Notre Dame football program sent both Daelin Hayes and Ade Ogundeji to the Senior Bowl, and there, both players dominated. At times, it looked unfair, as Hayes would get around the best tackles in college football, and against tight ends, he looked unstoppable.

Heading into the draft season, there are going to be a lot of teams that look at Hayes, as he is a former top recruit out of high school, and showed at the Senior Bowl that he can battle against the best. He has everything you look for in an edge rusher at the next level, and teams like the Los Angeles Chargers, New York Giants and even the Kansas City Chiefs need help in that area.

Former teammate Drue Tranquill has already tweeted Hayes that the Chargers could be interested, so that is something to keep an eye on as well. For Hayes, this was a great week in terms of his draft stock, and you can be sure he will hear his name called over the three-day event.
