Notre Dame basketball wins easily

Call me crazy, but I really like the Irish’s chances in this one, as they come into the game red-hot, and have the talent on the offensive side of the ball to run the Orange out of the gym. Of course, the defense has to be on-point, and it has been better as of late, though containing the likes of Joe Girardi and Alan Griffin is never an easy task.

For Notre Dame to come out on top, they have to get it going early on the offensive side of the ball and be better in terms of the rebounding game. This will enable some fast breaks, and some unnecessary close-outs on defense, giving the Irish open looks from three, an area where they can dominate on Saturday.

A win on Saturday is going to go a long way in the Irish’s trek to hopefully make the NCAA Tournament, as the Orange go into this matchup with a 12-6 record, and are currently seventh in the ACC. Look for the Irish to be aggressive on offense, and for Hubb to be the focal point in distributing the ball, and it would not surprise me if they win this game going away.
