Notre Dame Basketball must protect the ball

If there is one thing that this Notre Dame Basketball team does better than almost every team in the country, it is taking care of the ball. In fact, Prentiss Hubb and company are ranked in the top-20 in the country in terms of the fewest turnovers per game, something that is going to help them come time for the ACC Tournament.

On Tuesday, they will be taking on a Louisville team who is one of the worst in the country in terms of forcing turnovers, so the offense should have an easy time getting up shots. Led by Hubb, this group has done a nice job getting each other involved over the past ten or so games, and distribution of the ball is going to be key against a very good Louisville team in this one.

As stated earlier, this is a veteran group for Notre Dame and one who is starting to play some of the best basketball of the 2020-21 college season. If they can move the ball, get some open shots, and knock them down, they should be able to generate enough offense to not only cover the spread but win a huge game on the road.
