The Notre Dame football team will have to replace their leader this offseason, as Ian Book will head to the NFL as the program’s all-time winningest quarterback. He is a guy who can get the job done with his arm, and his legs and any franchise that brings him in is going to get a real asset to their quarterback room.

Here are the three ideal landing spots for quarterback Ian Book in the 2021 NFL Draft.

Seattle Seahawks

Rumors are swirling around that the Seattle Seahawks may move on from Russell Wilson, which would be a monster move by the organization. While Wilson has said he would accept a trade, he has never said that he wants to be traded, so I expect that he will be back under center for Pete Carroll and company next season.

In the 2021 NFL Draft, they may want to take a look at a player like Book, as he has a lot of the tools that Wilson had coming out of NC State. He is not the biggest guy, but is an absolute playmaker, and is not afraid to make plays with his legs, something that cannot be said for a lot of quarterbacks at the NFL level.

Book would go to a place where he could learn from a future Hall of Famer, and if Wilson did decide to move on down the line, he would have an opportunity to win the job in a few years.
